Bungoma Bible School (BBS) is offered free to all who will come.
We provide free dormitory space to out of town students. The men’s dorm. and the women live in the Bible School building
We average 130 students and have many waiting for available dormitory space to start school.
Students work in crusades, minister in our home church in Bungoma and in other churches, help plant new churches and help care for orphans, etc.
BBS students graduate with hands on ministry experience and are prepared to do the work of the ministry and equipped to lead and to minister to others.
Word Of Life Christian Fellowship
We preach the whole Gospel of Christ. Obeying Jesus’ command the Lord has raised up over 300 churches since 1988. We have 44 sister churches and are committed to continue co-laboring with Jesus to raise more churches.
We take the Gospel to the people and God gives the increase. Multitudes give their hearts to Jesus. God stretches out His hand and confirms the Word. Miracles are normal here, as He wants them to be everywhere.
Bungoma Children’s Home
The children’s home at the right houses 24 orphans and we are expanding to keep more children in the future. We currently can only house boys under 6 years old because we need more playground space for older boys. There are many orphans and abandoned children in Africa.
There are also many orphan and delinquent boys living on the street. People selling them glue lead them into lives of crime and drugs. We have been working with the local government to develop an effective program for these boys. We know only the power of God can deliver them from their problems.
We preach to the poor. .” Most people drink polluted water from a river (like this one), a lake, or a shallow well. Shallow wells are frequently fouled by sewage from a choo (Swahili for latrine.). in slums Many die from diseases carried by contaminated water. Most people lack electricity. Their houses are built of saplings, sticks, mud and grass. There are no doors or screens on the windows to keep malaria-causing mosquitoes out. many children die before reaching age ten.
AIDS is rampant because of the tribal customs. In one area 40% of the population is infected and there are many widows and orphans. The field is huge and the needs great. Jesus told us: “Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature. (Mark 16:15). …Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you. (Matthew 28:20)” And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. …And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen. (Mark 16:17-20).
We see Him save, heal and deliver instantly and daily! The greatest miracle is the new birth but we see open wounds close and tumors disappear before our eyes. AIDS has been healed,
And how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? (Romans 10:13-15)
